WanderWork helps remote job seekers find the right role and apply more effectively. We aggregate remote, work-from-home, and digital nomad-friendly jobs from verified sources, then provide AI tools to tailor resumes, generate cover letters, and find the right recruiter contact — all in one place.

How Jobs Are Sourced

Jobs are imported every 6 hours directly from ATS platforms: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, and Workable. Remotive and The Muse fill in categories — like writing, PR, and social media marketing — that tech-company ATS boards rarely post. All jobs are verified as remote before import. Stale or low-quality listings are purged automatically.

How Remote Status Is Verified

Remote tags are assigned based on job content, location field values, and ATS metadata. Every job is tagged as worldwide, US-only, Europe timezone, LATAM timezone, hybrid, or async-friendly. Tags are set automatically and reviewed against content.

Resume customization: Generates a tailored resume optimized for a specific job posting's requirements and ATS keywords.
Cover letter generation: Writes a targeted cover letter per application — not a generic template.
Recruiter outreach: Identifies the likely hiring contact and drafts a personalized email. You review and send.
AI job matching: Scores and ranks every job against your full profile. Powered by OpenAI embeddings.

What Makes Us Different

Most job boards show you jobs. WanderWork shows you whether a job is actually travel-friendly, then helps you apply for it. Every listing includes real remote restrictions, salary transparency when available, and direct links to the original ATS posting.

Data and Privacy

We do not sell your data. Resume content is processed by OpenAI's API under API usage terms that prohibit training on inputs by default. We store only what is needed to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How to Report a Fake Job

If you find a job that appears to be fake, misleading, or no longer active, report it to support@wanderwork.io. We investigate and remove confirmed fake listings within 24 hours.
