Assistant General Counsel, Corporate

As Marqeta’s Assistant General Counsel, Corporate you will be a senior member of the Corporate Legal team. You will be the right hand to the Deputy General Counsel on all things corporate and securities — owning core SEC reporting workstreams, driving corporate governance, supporting the Board and its committees, and serving as the primary drafter of the company's proxy statement and related disclosure materials. This role is not a generalist corporate role.
