Proposal Solutions Architect - HHS (Remote Opportunity)

This role leads technical solutioning, proposal strategy, and technical volume development for HHS and federal healthcare opportunities. The ideal candidate has extensive experience developing winning technical solutions for federal healthcare agencies and supporting capture efforts from opportunity shaping through proposal submission.
